"The design and look of the sofa are fantastic..."
I'm really into the design and look of this sofa, but I've observed that after about 3 to 4 months of use, the spot where I typically sit has started to sag a bit. That's something I've never experienced before.

"Great value and solid quality"
About six years back, I purchased a corner sofa from this brand. It's a six-seater corner piece made of elephant cord, complete with end recliners. I really can't complain. The quality is top-notch, the customer service is fantastic, and the delivery crew was lovely. The sofa is still holding up well. Definitely recommend it!

"Definitely worth a shout-out"
From beginning to end, it was fantastic. The site was super user-friendly, which made placing my order a breeze. My chair arrived right on time, and the delivery guys were great—they unpacked it and set it up just where I wanted, plus they took all the packaging with them. The chair itself is really well constructed, with gorgeous fabric. It's soft but still has that firm feel, making it super comfy. Honestly, I can't think of anything negative to say, just loads of praise and I would totally recommend them.

"Gorgeous couch, super pleased with the service"
I was heading off on vacation, so I was a bit worried about the delivery timing. But I was thrilled when lovesofa said they could push it back by 2 weeks. The delivery team of two was great, everything was packed nicely. They even set it up and put the feet on for me. Top-notch service! And the couch? Absolutely stunning.
